COVID Policy & Guidelines for Participants and Facilitators of Fool Moon Productions In-Person Workshops
We are mask friendly here, so if you would like to wear a mask, then we encourage you to wear one when you feel you must.
Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for all facilitators and participants.
People are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after they have received a minimum of two doses of a Health Canada authorized vaccine. Boosters are recommended, but not required.
Requests for Accommodations pertaining to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, based upon one of the Grounds of Discrimination as outlined in the Canadian Human Rights Act, are to be submitted in writing prior to paying the deposit and will be reviewed by the facilitator.
If a participant is feeling ill, or exhibiting any of the COVID-19 Symptoms, please test and advise the facilitator on your health status.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to: new or worsening cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, temperature equal to or more than 38°C, feeling feverish, chills, fatigue or weakness, muscle or body aches, new loss of smell or taste, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting.
If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 5 days prior to a workshop, they will be fully reimbursed and the next person on the waitlist will be contacted to fill that spot.
If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 during a workshop, they will be given a credit for a future workshop based on the amount of hours they missed since that spot was held for them.
